Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Tempmail.im. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
We provide temporary email tools that let users generate disposable email addresses and receive messages for short-term, non-sensitive purposes. Free and paid features may differ.
No sensitive use
Do not use temporary inboxes for banking, health care, government services, legal communications, confidential business, cryptocurrency wallets, permanent account recovery, or any account where losing access would harm you.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, phishing, spam, malware, harassment, illegal content, impersonation, evading bans, unauthorized account creation, intellectual-property abuse, or activity that violates applicable law or another service’s terms.
Abuse prevention
We may block domains, IDs, visitors, IP ranges, accounts, or traffic patterns; limit or rotate inboxes; remove messages; suspend accounts; or report abuse when needed to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
Temporary inboxes
Temporary email addresses and messages may expire, rotate, be deleted, or become unavailable at any time. We do not promise that a message will arrive, remain available, or be recoverable.
Accounts and plans
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account. Paid plans provide access to listed features for the applicable billing period. Payment gateway terms may also apply.
Refunds and cancellation
Unless required by law or stated during checkout, fees are not automatically refundable after access is provided. Contact [email protected] for billing support.
Intellectual property
The website, software, design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law, including warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost messages, account loss, or third-party claims arising from use of the service.
Compliance with laws
You are responsible for using the service in compliance with laws that apply to you, including privacy, anti-spam, cybersecurity, consumer protection, export, and platform rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
